The complete programme

The full path home

Eight modules, three pillars, and one guided method, sequenced in the order the nervous system actually heals. Body first. Then heart. Then, only if you want it, connection with others. Every practice is opt-out, and paced entirely by you.

Why this order

Reconnection before meaning. Meaning before reaching outward.

You can't think your way home. The body has to feel safe first, so RECLAIMED begins there. Only once safety and ownership are steady do we turn to the emotional weight, and the truer story. Reaching toward another person comes last, and only if you choose it.

Pillar One

Body

Release the self-blame, relearn your body as a place you can live, and reconnect with the parts that hold the most shame, gently, and on your terms.

Pillar Two

Heart

Move the grief and anger trauma left behind, safely and contained, then separate yourself from the story trauma wrote and begin authoring a truer one.

Pillar Three

Connection

Restore your right to feel good, deepen the relationship with yourself first, and, only if and when you want to, rebuild safe intimacy with another.

The method at the centre

The HOPE Method

The flagship of Pillar One, and the reason RECLAIMED was built. Four gentle phases that carry you from avoidance, to neutral ownership, to self-compassion for your own body. Together, they spell what the work quietly returns to you.

H

Honour

Meet your body and its history without shame. Naming, as neutral fact, with full permission to feel.

O

Orient

Find safety first. Your window of tolerance and a grounding anchor, before you go any further.

P

Presence

Come back into contact, gently, by your consent, only ever as far as feels right.

E

Embody

From tolerance to tenderness. Meeting whatever arises, including "no", and arriving at ownership.

Module by module

The eight modules in full

Every module carries video lessons, guided somatic audio, a workbook section, journal prompts, content warnings, and a closing integration ritual.

Pillar One · Body

Safety, ownership, and reconnection, in that order.

1

It Was Never Your Fault

Understanding the trauma response & establishing safety

Put down the blame you were never meant to carry, and feel your first moment of safety.

Most survivors carry a quiet, corrosive belief: that something they did, or didn't do, made it their fault. This first module dissolves that belief, not with reassurance, but with a clear understanding of how the body's survival responses work, and why freezing, numbing, or staying was never a choice. You'll leave with the blame loosened and your first reliable tool for feeling grounded and safe.

What you'll actually do
  • Understand the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses, and why the body overrides choice under threat
  • Separate what happened from who you are, and begin releasing self-blame
  • Build your first grounding anchor, a reliable tool you'll use throughout the course
  • Learn to track your nervous-system activation so you always stay within a safe range
2

Your Body Is Yours Again

Whole-body reconnection & body sovereignty

Begin to live in your body again, starting with the parts that already feel safe.

After trauma, the body can feel like somewhere to escape rather than inhabit. This module gently rebuilds the felt sense that your body belongs to you. Through body mapping, you'll discover that far more of your body already feels safe than you expected, and you'll build the principle everything afterward rests on: this body answers to you.

What you'll actually do
  • Shift from experiencing your body as an object to inhabiting it as your home
  • Create a personal body map of safe, neutral, and not-yet-ready areas
  • Find breath and grounding patterns that settle your system rather than activate it
  • Establish body sovereignty, the felt principle that your body is yours to govern
3

The Parts No One Else Will Help You With

The HOPE Method
Flagship · exists nowhere else

Reconnect with the part of your body that holds the most shame, gently, safely, and on your terms.

This is the module that exists nowhere else, and the reason RECLAIMED was built. For many survivors the deepest disconnection lives in their relationship with their own genitals, a place loaded with shame, numbness, or fear that no other resource will walk them through. The HOPE Method guides you, step by step, from avoidance to neutral ownership to self-compassion.

What you'll actually do
  • Move from avoidance toward neutral, shame-free ownership of your own body
  • Work safely within your window of tolerance, with every step optional
  • Learn graded, non-sexual practices of seeing and self-touch, only as far as feels safe
  • Meet flashback, numbness, or dissociation with grounding tools, honouring "no" as information
Held with the most care. This is the most sensitive work in the course. It is entirely non-sexual, fully opt-out, and you reach it only after building safety and grounding in Modules 1 and 2. Content warnings, grounding tools, a crisis-referral pathway, and a clinician hand-off note are all built in.

Pillar Two · Heart

Move what trauma left behind, then rewrite the story it told.

4

Set Down What Was Never Yours

Grief, rage & somatic release

Finally move the grief and anger trauma left in your body, safely, and with nothing forced.

Unprocessed grief and anger keep the nervous system braced for years. This module gives both a safe way out. You'll honour the real losses, including the disenfranchised grief no one gives you a ritual for, and let anger be the healthy signal it always was, that a boundary was violated. Through contained, time-boxed release and a closing ritual, you set down what was never yours to carry.

What you'll actually do
  • Name and honour the losses trauma caused, without minimising them
  • Reframe anger as a healthy boundary signal rather than something to fear
  • Use safe, contained, time-boxed practices to move grief and rage through the body
  • Design and perform a personal ritual to mark what you are releasing
5

Rewrite the Story You Were Given

Identity repair & narrative work

Stop living inside the story trauma wrote about you, and start authoring a truer one.

Assault installs a story: "I am damaged," "I am less," "I am dirty." Left unchallenged, that story quietly governs your worth, your relationships, and what you believe you deserve. This module separates you from that story using narrative tools, and teaches affirmation that actually works for a trauma survivor, believable bridge statements, never the bright lies of toxic positivity.

What you'll actually do
  • Identify the core negative belief about yourself that trauma installed
  • Use narrative-therapy tools to see that belief as a story, not a fact
  • Gather lived evidence that contradicts the trauma story
  • Build "bridge" affirmations your nervous system can actually accept

Pillar Three · Connection

Reclaim pleasure and self-intimacy first, then reach outward, if you choose.

6

Your Right to Feel Good

Reclaiming pleasure, permission & boundaries

Reclaim your right to feel good in your body, sensory first, and never rushed.

Trauma can sever the link between your body and pleasure, or bury it under guilt. This module rebuilds that link from the ground up, beginning with ordinary sensory pleasure entirely separate from sexuality, and restores a simple, radical permission: you are allowed to feel good, and that is part of healing, not a betrayal of it. Boundaries are reframed here as acts of self-love, not walls of fear.

What you'll actually do
  • Examine and release the beliefs that block pleasure after trauma
  • Rebuild the body-pleasure connection through non-sexual sensory experience
  • Meet the guilt that pleasure can trigger with self-compassion
  • Set boundaries as an expression of self-respect, and practise a clear yes and no
7

Come Home to Yourself

Self-intimacy & sustainable daily practice

Build a daily relationship with yourself that holds long after the course ends.

The deepest, most reliable intimacy you can rebuild is with yourself. This module turns everything you've done into a sustainable daily practice of self-trust and self-tenderness, so healing becomes a relationship you carry forward, not an event that ends when the course does. It's also what makes safe intimacy with others possible, if and when you want it.

What you'll actually do
  • Rebuild self-trust through small, kept promises to yourself
  • Design a sustainable daily practice of self-kindness you can actually maintain
  • Create a repeatable check-in ritual with your body, heart, and needs
  • Build a personal maintenance plan for life after the course
8

Letting Love In Again Optional · when you choose

Partner intimacy, consent & trust

Rebuild safe intimacy with another person, entirely optional, entirely at your pace.

For survivors who want partnered intimacy, trauma can make closeness feel unsafe even with someone trusted. This optional final module helps you bring your reclaimed sovereignty into relationship, communicating needs and limits, practising consent as an ongoing two-way conversation, and rebuilding physical trust at a pace you set. Completing the course without it is a complete and successful outcome.

What you'll actually do
  • Confirm partnered intimacy is genuinely wanted, never performed or from obligation
  • Learn language for communicating needs and limits before, during, and after closeness
  • Build consent as a continuous, revocable, two-way practice
  • Rebuild physical trust step by step, with pauses and repair built in
Entirely optional. Many survivors complete RECLAIMED whole without this module, and that is honoured throughout. Any partnered practice is graded and survivor-led, and a partner is invited into your pace, never the reverse.
How it runs

Self-paced depth, with people beside you

Self-paced alone leaves survivors isolated; live-only moves too fast for trauma. Paired, they hold the person. This is the single most important design choice in the course.

Self-paced content

Video lessons, somatic audio practices, and a workbook section for every module. No timers, no deadlines, no "behind."

Weekly live calls

Trauma-informed group integration and gentle Q&A. Cameras optional. There is always an opt-out to listen only. (Supported & Guided tiers.)

A private community

A moderated, safe peer-support space with clear norms, trained moderators, and zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour. (Supported & Guided tiers.)

1:1 support

Private sessions with trauma-informed facilitators, included in the Guided tier and available as an add-on otherwise.

Crisis protocol

A clear, visible referral pathway to professional and emergency support, surfaced at every sensitive touchpoint.

Pacing & opt-outs

Every practice can be skipped or repeated. Content warnings on every module. You are always in control.

A complement to therapy, never a replacement. RECLAIMED is trauma-informed education and self-development. A clinician hand-off note is included so your therapist can walk alongside you, especially through Module 3.

You don't have to choose the right module.

Answer a few gentle questions and we'll suggest where to begin, and the level of support that fits the season you're in.
